The short answer is I have had experience with most and have been quite disappointed with the level of service. They typically have people they call loan officers that are really nothing more than order takers and are not flexible with unusual situations or problems that may arise. They are difficult to communicate with and get time critical information from. Also, every state has different laws and practices so unless your lender in very familiar with how we conduct real estate transactions here in New Hampshire they can cause you problems that can cost you time, money or the home you want!
